Purchase Limits Policy

Purchase Limits

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, collectors, and community members, Magic Stronghold Games enforces strict purchase limits on high-demand Trading Card Game (TCG) products. This includes, but is not limited to, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, pre-constructed decks, special collections, and individual booster packs for games such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, and One Piece.

1. Standard Household and Order Limits

All TCG releases are subject to a maximum quantity limit per customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. These limits apply strictly to:

Per Person / Account: One individual customer account.

Per Household: Multiple orders sent to the same physical shipping address or billing address.

Per Transaction: Digital or physical footprints, including identical credit card numbers, PayPal accounts, IP addresses, or billing profiles.

2. Pre-Orders and New Releases

For highly anticipated sets and localized special releases, limits may be reduced to a "maximum of [X] per customer" to combat artificial scarcity.

Pre-orders are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Placing multiple separate orders to bypass the posted item limit is strictly prohibited.

3. Monitoring and Anti-Bot Measures

We actively monitor traffic and transaction data to protect our community from automated buying software (bots) and commercial scalping. We reserve the right to deploy verification checks at checkout. Any patterns indicating automated purchasing, script usage, or coordinated group buying to circumvent store limits will result in immediate order cancellation and potential account suspension.

4. Right to Cancel and Refund Policy

Magic Stronghold Games reserves the right to unilateral cancellation. We may reduce, reject, or cancel any order—or portion of an order—that violates this policy without prior notice.

If an order is cancelled due to a violation of purchase limits, a restocking fee of up to [X]% may be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

Decisions made by our inventory management team regarding policy circumvention are final.

5. Policy Abuse

Attempts to bypass these restrictions using multiple aliases, fraudulent addresses, or temporary payment methods undermine the TCG community. Customers found intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities to hoard stock will be permanently banned from future online releases and in-store events.
